The ski resort of Mt. Civetta is very family- friendly, and in contrast to many well- known mountains in the Dolomites, the south-east of the great Dolomiti Superski resort is still little known. You can reach the slopes from the village Alleghe, a picturesque place with a very beautiful lake just in front of it.

In 1982, the Civetta ski resort was opened around the Mount Fertazza with its extensive plateaus between Zoldo, Fiorentina and the Cordevole Valley. The entry into the ski resort is possible from each of the larger surrounding villages: Alleghe, Selva di Cadore, and Zoldo Palafaver.

The wide ski runs on Mount Fertazza (2100 m) are particularly beautiful. The most interesting for skiing is the region around the Crep di Pecol. You can also entry the ski resort from Alleghe but also  from Pecol, Palafavera and Palafavera. However, steep mogul ski runs cannot be found in the Civetta region.
