Skiing Val di Sole - Skiing area Val di Sole
Val di Sole – "the sunny valley"
The name is program: Heaven shimmers in blue over the summits in the "Sun Valley". Less than one hour by car from Bozen in the south west, there is enough snow for the winter athletes.
Perfect ski-enjoyment is provided right in the middle of the 3000-meter-high Mountains of the Brenta Dolomites, the Ortler-Alps and the massif. The four important winter sport places in the Val di Sole distinguish themselves above all as functional ski-centers. In Folgárida, Marilléva 900 and Marilléva 1400 there are extensive hotel buildings and the way to the ski runs is very short. Above the Passo Tonale, on the Presena glacier snow is guaranteed all-year round.
In the thermal spa of Péjo, the oldest resort in the Val di Sole Valley, people have already been taking cures for 350 years.
