Skiing La Thuile - La Rosiere - Skiing area La Thuile - La Rosiere
For lovers of skiing and nature
In Valle d'Aosta, on the border with France, there is a ski resort choice for those who love outdoors and nature. The first chairlift was born here in 1948.
La Thuile, thanks to the international ski connection with the French resort of La Rosiere, is part of the Espace San Bernardo and it offers over 160 km of slopes served by nearly 40 ski lifts with an overall capacity of 58,000 people with just a skipass.
The district stretches from an altitude of 1,200 meters up to 2,650 meters, an area of 3,000 hectares on which 400 snow producers are concerned to keep the snow still abundant and compact.
Within the area can be found: 3 slalom stadiums, 2 snow parks, 1 boarder cross, 1 area forfree riders, 1 snokite zone, 2 playgrounds for children and 1 snow tubing.
Those who love snow and winter sports, in La Thuile - La Rosiere can be satisfied.
