Mittag-Ski-Center : ski runs for everybody’s taste
Grünten is situated at the beginning of the Illertal Valley. The slopes in Grünten as well as the ones in Mittag-Ski-Center and Alpsee Mountain-World (near Immenstadt) are suitable for beginners and for experts.
The panoramic view from the summit station across the mountains of Allgäu is really impressive and breathtaking. Sonthofen, however, is the ideal place for a ski holiday in Allgäu. Every ski area is within a close range of 30 km from here and, Grünten, actually, is only 8 km away.
Expert skiers like the northern, steep ski runs in Grünten. Easier slopes can be found on the southern side. But don’t worry: Grünten offers ski runs and opportunities for every skier.
Mittag-Ski-Center and Himmeleck – both ski resorts are are in the surroundings of Immenstadt - offer very sporty slopes and also some powder snow areas for free-riders.
