Where the bustling city life and the idyllic mountain scenery meet, there lies the ski resort Innsbruck North.

Just at the doorsteps of Innsbruck, a few minutes from the city center away the panorama gondola takes you up to the skiing area Innsbruck North. You are going to discover Tyrol’s capital from a completely different angle.

At 1.905 you reach an astonishing panoramic view over the Stubai and the Zillertaler Alps via the funicular Seegrubenbahn. It goes on with the Hafelekarbahn gondola to the Hafelekar at 2.256 meters. The plateau offers you a fantastic view over the city, its world-famous Golden Roof and the alpine park Karwendel. At this point one of the steepest ski runs of Europe, the Hafelekarrinne, awaits you.

You experience pure adrenaline in the most exciting downhill slopes which are mainly reserved to the experienced ski aces. Those who prefer it gentler dare their turns on slight and moderate slopes.

The area of Innsbruck North is a particular insider tip for all snowboarders and sun worshipers. With its Nitro Skylinepark it is getting a meeting point for international snowboarders. You can watch them perform jumps and practice their stunts and tricks.
