The ski area Tauplitz-Bad Mitterndorf is located in Styria at 1,650 meters above sea level and it is a unique destination for winter sportsmen. Thanks to its favorable geographical position it is one of the snow-surest regions in Austria, offering well-prepared ski runs, modern lifts and pure skiing fun.

Skiing in Tauplitz-Bad Mitterndorf promises unforgettable days not only for professional skiers, but also for families with children. The varied slopes fulfill nearly every wish and there are suitable variants for any taste and any level of difficulty and extensive ski runs are the best place for carving skiers, too.

For families we especially recommend the pistes around Lärchkogel and Hollhaushang, as well as the descents into the valley to Tauplitz and Bad Mitterndorf. Along the one to Tauplitz there is also a small but nice children’s park.

In Bad Mitterndorf a perfect holiday results from the combination of sporting activities on the ski runs and relaxation for body and mind: Surrounded by wonderful mountains and pristine nature, on the edge of town there is situated a delightful thermal bath.
